UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Contribute to and enhance a collaborative design system (components, tokens, patterns)

• Transform conceptual guidance into reusable UI frameworks

• Ensure consistency throughout applications and services

• Develop initial concepts into thoughtful, meticulously crafted UI designs with clear visual communication

• Advance designs toward polished, high-fidelity outputs that reflect authentic product usage

• Utilize visual design to influence product direction and enhance the overall user experience

• Assist multiple product teams with UI requirements (flows, components, visuals)

• Address requests for layouts, icons, and feature interfaces

• Empower teams to progress without delays caused by design bottlenecks

• Oversee execution and production work streams

• Convert direction into tangible UI deliverables and specifications

• Work independently on daily design tasks while remaining aligned with the lead

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product UX/UI design

• Strong UI execution skills and experience working within or contributing to a design system

• Solid foundation in visual design principles (layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy)

• Experience in a product environment (not solely in agency or consulting)

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving requirements

• Pragmatic, fast-paced, and detail-oriented

• Proficient in English
