📋 Description

• Design intuitive, accessible, and impactful digital experiences by utilizing a structured, user-centered design methodology.

• Perform user research and stakeholder interviews, create information architecture, and convert insights into straightforward interaction designs.

• Engage in ideation, refining concepts, prototyping, and validating through usability and accessibility tests.

• Participate in the technical assessment of systems and aid in the analysis of specialized applications.

• Offer insights on architectures, automation, risk management, and best practices in the software lifecycle.

• Evaluate systems, recognize enhancements, and formulate recommendations for modernization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, and requirement gathering.

• Strong proficiency in information architecture and interaction design.

• Practical experience in executing usability and accessibility tests.

• Expertise in applying a comprehensive user-centered design process (define → ideate → prototype → validate).

• Skilled in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional and Agile development teams.

• Capability to manage and contribute to design systems.

• Technical knowledge of specialized applications and operational environments.

• Experience in systems analysis, integration, documentation, and providing solution recommendations.

• Strong understanding of information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications protocols, and software lifecycle management.

• Ability to apply mathematical and modeling principles to resolve technical challenges.

• Familiarity with both contemporary and legacy technologies pertinent to UX and system design.

• Must be a US Citizen.
