This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist clients by addressing customer inquiries related to utility line project notifications.
• Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Monitor inquiries utilizing various software applications (training will be provided).
• Recognize and evaluate customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Establish enduring relationships and trust with customers through transparent and engaging communication.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by employing the appropriate methods and tools.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documents.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to connect with customers.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a Customer Interface or Call Center setting.
• Capability to work part-time shifts (8 AM – 12 PM, 11 AM – 3 PM, or 2 PM – 6 PM ET).
