This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Manage domestic orders, ensuring accurate placement and follow-up with distributors.
• Engage with customers through email and phone regarding quotes, orders, returns, and any discrepancies on their behalf.
• Locate products not available through our distribution centers and address back-orders not found at the primary buy location.
• Assist in advertising inventory management, maintain databases, and log incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Collaborate as part of a cohesive team through regular communication with management, sales, production, purchasing, and logistics.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience demonstrating responsibility for system management or process integrity concerning current and new data.
• Experience in Customer Service/Call Center is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring data accuracy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and typing skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Previous experience or knowledge in refinish customer service or technical expertise in paints and sealants, or a related industry, is highly valued.
