This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Communication with creators. You serve as the primary contact for creators via email, DMs, and Slack on a daily basis.
β’ Content evaluation and quality assurance. You assess creator submissions to ensure compliance with FTC guidelines, campaign specifications, and platform standards (TikTok, Instagram).
β’ Creator retention and development. You identify when a creator may be at risk (due to missed deadlines, payment misunderstandings, or low engagement) and take proactive measures.
β’ Operational coordination. You collaborate across departments including Billing, Fulfillment, Product, and Communications.
β’ Process enhancement. You pinpoint areas where the system may falter.
β’ You have prior experience in client-facing roles such as Agency Account Management, SaaS Customer Success, Creator Support, Content Moderation, and Quality Assurance.
β’ You maintain a high standard and are dedicated to quality.
β’ You are observant and do not settle for "good enough" when things start to slip.
β’ You possess an ownership mentality.
β’ You communicate effectively in written and spoken English, utilizing short sentences, specific examples, and concrete figures when available.
β’ You incorporate AI tools into your workflow β such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini β for drafting, research, reporting, and automation.
