This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
β’ Assist pet owners with scheduling, rescheduling, and addressing general inquiries.
β’ Adhere to clinic-specific protocols, workflows, and documentation standards.
β’ Accurately record customer interactions in CRM and scheduling systems.
β’ Escalate urgent matters in accordance with established procedures.
β’ Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor during sensitive customer interactions.
β’ Provide exceptional customer service experiences to support veterinary clinics.
β’ Handle multiple systems and tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
β’ Meet expectations for attendance, productivity, and quality.
β’ Must currently reside in Mexico.
β’ Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
β’ Experience with remote work is preferred.
β’ Exceptional English communication skills.
β’ Clear pronunciation with minimal accent.
β’ Strong listening abilities and problem-solving skills.
β’ Capability to follow detailed procedures and workflows.
β’ High attention to detail.
β’ Professional and empathetic communication style.
β’ Comfortable managing emotional or sensitive conversations with customers.
β’ Immediate availability is preferred.
β’ Paid training.
