This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Manage a client portfolio, ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, processing, and distribution of utility bills.
• Responsible for the precise and prompt monthly billing of residents.
• Guarantee that established procedures and follow-ups are carried out according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with UEM team members to ensure the timely acquisition of monthly utility bills.
• Work with Utility Service Managers to ensure billing is executed in alignment with client requirements.
• Provide support to residents who have inquiries regarding utility charges.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and audits that contribute to the success of the ResidentUtility service.
• Offer assistance to team members as necessary to help them fulfill their responsibilities.
• Achieve departmental metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Quick to learn with the capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fundamental computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to produce high-quality results while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-driven, whether working independently or under supervision; possesses a strong ambition for success.
• Organizational skills essential for balancing workload to achieve the best outcomes.
