This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee all incoming leads from various channels including phone, email, website inquiries, social media, and third-party platforms.
• Quickly respond to new inquiries during business hours.
• Keep precise records of all lead activities within the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients who have inquired but have not yet moved forward.
• Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients utilizing established qualification frameworks.
• Evaluate project suitability, budget, timeline, location, and decision-making criteria.
• Identify high-value opportunities that fit the company’s ideal client profile.
• Manage and cultivate leads that may not be ready to move forward just yet.
• Arrange qualified site inspections and consultations for the Director/Sales Team.
• Ensure all pertinent project information is collected and documented ahead of appointments.
• Coordinate calendars and appointment logistics efficiently.
• Maintain a structured and organized sales pipeline.
• Provide an outstanding first impression of the business.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact during the initial inquiry phase.
• Keep regular communication with prospective clients.
• Guarantee that every lead receives professional, prompt, and personalized service.
• Prior experience in lead management, lead qualification, customer success, sales support, or inside sales.
• Experience in residential construction, custom home building, renovation, property, or related fields is highly valued.
• Excellent phone communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries at once.
