• Engages with customers to secure business opportunities.

• Influences the team's capacity to meet service, quality, and timeliness goals.

• Operates within the framework of Commercial policy objectives.

• Holds autonomy in reaching commercial targets while adhering to operating budgets and guidelines.

• Responsible for selling to designated accounts, with the addition of new customers being infrequent and generally requiring a review process.

• Requires specialized expertise across various product lines, markets, sales methodologies, or customer segments.

• Necessitates a strong understanding of commercial dynamics.

• Expected to shape the strategic direction for their extensive sales territory.

• Analyzes straightforward internal and external business challenges.

• Suggests best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.

• Remains updated on industry trends that could impact their work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in the industry.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proven track record of analyzing and resolving issues.

• Demonstrated success in leading programs and projects.

• Ability to document, strategize, market, and implement programs effectively.

• Established skills in project management.
