Utilities & Facilities Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee the facility and utility plants at the Nova Milanese location, which includes the thermal power plant, water facility, and surveillance system.

• Coordinate with both internal and external suppliers to guarantee process continuity.

• Manage the applications used for documenting and verifying plant maintenance activities.

• Ensure the execution, documentation, and archiving of maintenance for regulatory compliance.

• Analyze consumption metrics at the site and develop projects for improvement.

• Update and assess plant maintenance plans to uphold expected efficiency standards.

• Manage projects associated with the plants under your purview.

• Adhere to and monitor compliance with safety regulations, reporting any necessary interventions to eliminate unsafe conditions.

• Supervise thermal power, water, heating, surveillance, civil works, buildings, and infrastructure.

• Report directly to the Plant Utilities and Facilities Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering discipline.

• Previous experience in production environments is considered advantageous.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.

• Proficient in both Italian and English.
