Senior Strategic Provider Relationship Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee intricate strategic initiatives with professional, institutional, and ancillary providers in designated geographic areas.

• Facilitate enterprise-level stakeholder strategies and manage diverse provider relationship projects.

• Guarantee compliance with contractual agreements for all provider categories and BCNC products.

• Act as the primary strategic point of contact for high-value and complex provider organizations.

• Assist in designing and implementing a multi-year strategic plan for Network Management.

• Represent BCNC in essential stakeholder meetings and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

• Aid in negotiations with statewide and high-impact providers.

• Manage complex, high-value issue resolutions for hospitals, ASCs, and ancillary providers.

• Promote initiatives aimed at lowering administrative costs and enhancing provider satisfaction.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on provider trends and innovations.

• Support the enterprise provider education strategy.

• Assist in developing action plans to achieve medical expense objectives.

• Oversee analytics related to provider agreements and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree where applicable.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare strategy.

• In the absence of a degree, at least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in healthcare financial management, managed care, process improvements, provider relations, provider services, and service provider management.
