This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Spearhead the enhancement of the onboarding experience for new users by executing product iterations, crafting personalized marketing campaigns tailored to individual users, and employing targeted engagement strategies to boost new user activation and first-time transaction (FTT) conversion rates.
• Develop a thorough user lifecycle management system and user segmentation framework, while increasing user engagement and repeat purchase frequency by creating membership programs, point systems, gamification, and other strategies, including cross-selling.
• Create and refine user referral and viral growth mechanisms to promote organic product growth.
• Direct A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to execute improved operations and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to facilitate the effective implementation of lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Leverage strong logical reasoning and data analysis expertise to derive business insights, pinpoint challenges, and formulate data-driven solutions.
• Remain well-acquainted with the products of each Business Unit, including their features, user preferences, and pain points.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth from the ground up or scaling from one to a thousand users, leading initiatives focused on user retention, conversion, and repeat purchasing with impactful results.
• Over 5 years of experience in the internet sector, with at least 3 years in senior user growth positions within transaction-driven industries such as e-commerce or fintech.
• Proven experience in independently leading growth projects, operations, or campaigns using a systematic framework and methodology.
• Deep understanding of key operational methodologies, including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and customized strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools.
• Strong data-driven mindset, capable of establishing and enhancing data monitoring and analysis systems for user operations, with an aptitude for identifying issues through data and proposing relevant solutions.
• Solid knowledge of working with various Business Unit products and the capacity to understand user preferences and pain points.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is essential for coordinating with partners and stakeholders in the MENA region.
