Growth Portfolio Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision and take ownership of the strategy for circular systems.

• Keep abreast of geopolitical, regulatory, and market dynamics.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' challenges and opportunities.

• Create and manage pilots that validate innovative approaches.

• Identify and seek out opportunities to design and establish regional recovery hubs.

• Be responsible for revenue targets, pipeline management, and forecasting for the portfolio.

• Collaborate across Anthesis business lines to enhance client value.

• Lead a diverse team of senior technical experts.

• Represent Anthesis at the highest levels in industry forums and client boardrooms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sustainability consulting or industry, with deep domain expertise.

• Background in professional services/consulting, with an understanding of utilization and margins.

• Well-established industry network that brings immediate credibility.

• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is preferred.

• Willing to travel for client meetings and leadership engagements.
