This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You are eager to immerse yourself in LinkedIn and Meta campaigns, taking charge of budgets and achieving results that clients can genuinely appreciate.
• Collaborating within a squad alongside a Senior Consultant, you will manage your own portfolio of client projects.
• Responsible for the management of paid advertisements on LinkedIn and Meta.
• You will construct campaigns from scratch, launching and optimizing them on a daily basis.
• CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CPA are your key performance indicators, not merely buzzwords discussed during kickoff meetings.
• You will accurately segment Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), create Custom and Lookalike Audiences, experiment with Matched Audiences on LinkedIn, and craft persona-specific messaging for each ad set.
• You will calculate budgets, oversee frontloading and bidding strategies, and gradually increase spending in a controlled manner until the performance curve aligns with expectations.
• Weekly ad account reviews with the team will serve as your primary format for development.
• You will write engaging headlines and body copy in both German and English that effectively filter targets rather than simply pleasing them.
• Systematic A/B testing of copy, creative, and CTAs will be conducted rather than leaving it to chance.
• You will create KPI dashboards that facilitate decision-making instead of merely presenting numbers.
• You will oversee conversion tracking, UTM structures, and lead attribution.
• You will orchestrate the setup, quality assurance, and launches, document insights after every test, and ensure campaigns are scalable.
• A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on paid advertisements on LinkedIn or Meta.
• You have personally launched campaigns, rather than only reviewing reports.
• You comprehend why a lead may cost €80 instead of €8 and can pinpoint the factors that can influence this.
• Metrics serve as tools for you, rather than mere decoration.
• You work in a structured manner, make data-driven decisions, and are comfortable questioning untested assumptions.
• You seek to delve deeply into the platforms, rather than just skimming the surface.
• Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, or automations through Zapier is advantageous, though not mandatory.
