This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Implement a TikTok Shop affiliate strategy and/or social ambassador program that aligns with brand goals, concentrating on maximizing partnerships and revenue through daily affiliate outreach in the TikTok Shop Affiliate center.
• Oversee the affiliate messaging system and Discord communities to foster ongoing, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Manage social commerce activities across platforms such as TikTok and Meta, which includes the setup and continuous optimization of social shops to boost conversions and revenue for clients.
• Monitor and report on key metrics like GMV, response rate, and program growth; provide strategies for affiliate commissions and analyze overall profitability. Create forecasts and objectives for clients based on historical data.
• Ensure effective and clear communication with clients by delivering regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations to guarantee client satisfaction and retention.
• Keep up with industry trends and platform updates while actively seeking new opportunities and innovative strategies to improve the performance of influencer campaigns and social commerce initiatives.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in social media, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proactive in keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates in the social media landscape, with examples of applying this knowledge to enhance strategies.
• Comfortable and familiar with navigating and utilizing the various TikTok tools within their commerce suite.
• Understanding of the social ambassador ecosystem and proven experience in at least one sub-affiliate program; bonus points for experience with Impact.
• Demonstrated success in managing social media strategies for multiple clients across diverse industries, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
• Ability to effectively analyze campaign data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and meet client objectives.
• Previous experience in managing social commerce initiatives, including the setup and optimization of social shops on platforms like TikTok and Meta, to drive revenue and conversions.
• Proven ability to manage influencer campaigns focused on achieving specific performance metrics such as conversions, click-through rates, and ROI.
• Highly self-motivated with the capability to work independently to develop, implement, and manage social media strategies while achieving outstanding results.
