• Take ownership of growth targets, revenue objectives, customer acquisition, and key business KPIs for your segment.
• Identify avenues for growth throughout the customer journey and prioritize initiatives that offer the most significant impact.
• Create and implement quarterly growth strategies that align with the overall company goals.
• Track performance metrics and swiftly pinpoint opportunities, bottlenecks, and potential risks.
• Oversee Cross-Functional Execution by collaborating with teams in Performance Marketing, Martech, Retail, Community Management, Partnerships & Affiliates, Organic Social Media, and Creative.
• Facilitate Data-Driven Decision Making by evaluating funnel performance and business metrics.
• Initiate major growth projects and guarantee progress by eliminating obstacles.
• Background in Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Startup Leadership, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of acquisition channels, conversion optimization, customer journeys, and growth methodologies.
• Proven capability to spearhead intricate cross-functional projects.
• Experience in data analysis and utilizing performance metrics for decision-making.
• Established track record of achieving measurable business outcomes.
