This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Spearhead and implement comprehensive user growth initiatives for the platform, particularly targeting LatAM markets.
• Create scalable strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement within fintech and platform ecosystems.
• Discover new growth avenues, unexplored user profiles, and emerging market trends.
• Develop growth frameworks that integrate product-led growth, ecosystem collaborations, and campaign-driven acquisition.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Data, and Business teams to synchronize growth priorities and execute roadmaps.
• Serve as a liaison between marketing and product teams to ensure effective launch and optimization of growth features and campaigns.
• Initiate and drive cross-functional growth initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and regional teams.
• Organize and execute user growth campaigns, both online and offline events, along with ecosystem activations.
• Design growth scenarios for the platform that merge e-commerce, fintech use cases, and real-world payment adoption.
• Develop campaigns inspired by successful fintech growth models, such as ecosystem/channel-based acquisition akin to leading digital banks.
• Innovate acquisition channels and foster community-driven engagement programs.
• Manage growth KPIs including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, CAC, and ROI metrics.
• Leverage data insights, experimentation, and growth analytics to enhance campaign performance.
• Establish reporting frameworks and continuously refine growth funnels through testing and iteration.
• Gain insights into the fintech landscape, including crypto payments, crypto cards, embedded finance, and digital banking ecosystems.
• Explore strategic partnerships and platform collaborations to expedite user growth.
• Assist in defining regional growth playbooks that can be scaled globally.
• Over 5 years of experience in user growth, growth marketing, product growth, or platform growth positions.
• Strong grasp of user growth principles, lifecycle management, and acquisition channels.
• Background in fintech, digital banking, crypto payments, crypto cards, or similar financial ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling growth campaigns with quantifiable business results.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data for decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for exploring unconventional growth opportunities and new customer segments.
• Experience in LatAM markets is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional project management and execution skills.
• Experience in platform ecosystem growth or e-commerce growth strategies.
• Familiarity with referral systems, partnership-led growth, and community-driven acquisition.
• Experience working in high-growth startups or fintech settings.
• Knowledge of crypto/web3 user behavior and payment ecosystems is a bonus.
