This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of User Acquisition Managers, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
• Take charge of the planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms.
• Establish the user acquisition strategy and identify new growth opportunities across various products and markets.
• Monitor campaign performance to ensure that the team consistently meets CPA, ROAS, and revenue targets.
• Initiate creative testing initiatives and create structured A/B testing frameworks to enhance campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Leadership teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business objectives.
• Assist in advertising budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Analyze market trends, platform updates, and competitive activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices across the user acquisition function.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition, including 1–2 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale campaigns via Google Ads.
• Experience overseeing advertising budgets of $100,000+ and achieving measurable growth results.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate, coach, and develop team members effectively.
• In-depth understanding of performance metrics, attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, tracking systems, and reporting platforms.
• Experience with subscription products, web-to-web funnels, or direct-to-consumer businesses is a significant advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Proficient in professional English (B2 level or higher).
