User Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Initiate and expand advertising campaigns to promote our product on the primary platform — Meta.

• Evaluate data, metrics, and test results to inform data-driven strategies.

• Develop and test hypotheses regarding user behavior utilizing performance marketing and CRO tools, while closely collaborating with the Product Marketing Team.

• Keep an eye on and assess trends within the EdTech market.

• Work together with the creative production team: propose innovative ad creatives and provide insights on their effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess some experience in marketing, user acquisition, FMCG, or consulting — or be at the beginning of your career with a strong desire to advance quickly.

• Be comfortable with numbers, employing them to make informed decisions and reveal causal relationships.

• Have a passion for research, constantly asking “why?”, and understanding concepts from the ground up.

• Be eager to learn new tools swiftly (such as Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, and various ad platforms).

• Communicate effectively in English (Upper-Intermediate+);
