User Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development and optimization of advertising campaigns on the Meta platform.

• Exploration and testing of new hypotheses for user engagement to enhance target metrics.

• Analysis and optimization of procurement processes to achieve business objectives.

• Brainstorming ideas for new advertising creatives in collaboration with the Creative Marketing team.

• Market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with advertising platforms (Meta).

• Understanding of basic marketing metrics: CPM, CTR, CPA, CR.

• Strong analytical skills for working with data, numbers, and metrics.

• Leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, proactivity, and business orientation in work.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
