User Acquisition Manager – X Ads, Twitter Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Initiate, refine, and expand advertising campaigns on X Ads.

• Oversee budgets totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars.

• Enhance performance aligned with our primary KPIs: Spend and CPA.

• Evaluate campaign performance while testing creatives and target audiences.

• Collaborate closely with the creative and analytics teams.

• Discover new growth avenues and acquisition strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with B2C products on X ads.

• Established history of managing budgets exceeding $50,000 per month.

• Proficiency in English: B1 level or above.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up atmosphere, including weekly meetings with the CEO and Product Owner.
