User Acquisition Manager – Paid Social

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Oversee international mobile projects with monthly budgets beginning at $300,000 (Monetization models: IAP and IAP+IAA)

• Develop and implement methodologies for engaging with new targeting types

• Strategically plan, initiate, and manage advertising campaigns to consistently achieve KPIs

• Generate and test hypotheses to enhance campaign outcomes

• Automate repetitive tasks in the procurement process

• Work collaboratively with the creative team to identify signals at the source

• Maintain effective communication with representatives from traffic sources

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Facebook Ads and TikTok (familiarity with Snapchat and Google Ads is an advantage)

• Expertise in mobile attribution fundamentals, with experience in using AppsFlyer or Adjust

• Strong comprehension of advertising campaign performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, etc.) and the ability to analyze and optimize extensive datasets

• Solid understanding of unit economics and its application to advertising strategies

• Established experience in managing and scaling advertising campaigns with monthly budgets above $300,000

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools such as Tableau

• Proficient in market analysis with a keen ability to identify opportunities for growth

• Strong understanding of A/B testing, from experiment design to result analysis

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher for effective negotiations, market analysis, and communication with international partners

• Knowledge of the Russian language

• Understanding of SkadNetwork principles (preferred)
