This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies for performance marketing across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google UAC, and other paid acquisition channels.
• Create compelling ad concepts, hooks, angles, and hypotheses aimed at enhancing CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Oversee the entire creative production cycle — from ideation and scripting to briefing, production, testing, and refinement.
• Work closely with designers, motion designers, video editors, media buyers, product teams, and analytics to ensure cohesive execution.
• Establish and maintain a structured creative testing framework to pinpoint successful concepts and scale top-performing creatives.
• Assess creative performance data and convert insights into actionable next steps for production.
• Keep an eye on competitor actions, creative trends, TikTok culture, UGC formats, and emerging patterns in performance marketing.
• Collaborate with external agencies, creators, and production partners as necessary.
• Define and uphold creative quality standards, design systems, and brand consistency across various campaigns.
• Mentor and support creative team members, setting a high standard for execution and performance.
• Demonstrated experience as a Creative Producer in a B2C digital product, SaaS, subscription, mobile app, or performance marketing setting.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and CVR.
• Practical experience in creating and scaling ad creatives across video, static banners, UGC, short-form content, and social-first formats.
• Capability to rapidly transition from concept to testable creative while upholding high-quality standards.
• Strong creative judgment paired with a business-oriented, data-driven approach.
• Experience in managing creative teams, freelancers, agencies, or production studios.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance data and leveraging insights to enhance future creative efforts.
• Comprehensive understanding of visual consistency, brand systems, and design standards.
• Leadership abilities to mentor designers and production specialists effectively.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or above.
