Guest Conversion Specialist – Luxury Women's Portrait Studio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct over 10 organized Zoom and phone conversations daily with scheduled guests.

• Assess each guest to confirm their ability to comfortably invest £1,000 or more.

• Secure prepayments during the call, ranging from £4,000 and above, with calmness and confidence.

• Safeguard the show-rate by maintaining engagement with hesitant or quiet guests.

• Oversee your sales pipeline and ensure proper follow-up using our CRM system.

• Maintain clean administrative processes and handovers that enhance the performance of the entire team.

• You have experience with high-value transactions of £1,000 or greater.

• You are at ease discussing financial matters.

• You possess the ability to read people in mere seconds.

• You can discuss topics such as confidence, body image, aging, and desire without hesitation.

• You are independent and achieve targets driven by your own motivation, not just external supervision.
