Copywriter – Meta, TikTok Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You research target audiences, competitors, and trends, translating these insights into compelling copy.

• You craft persuasive, performance-driven copy for video and static ads.

• You are brimming with creative ideas and consistently bring the latest trends to the table.

• You develop hooks, scripts, and ad concepts, continuously experimenting with new approaches.

• You analyze the performance of your creatives based on relevant KPIs and derive specific improvements from your findings.

• You collaborate closely with our Creative Strategists, Creators, and Designers to elevate our clients to the next level.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have prior experience (approximately 1-2 years) in copywriting, ideally within performance marketing or social media environments.

• You are familiar with Direct Response Copywriting and have a passion for sales psychology.

• You understand why copy works and engage with buying psychology, hooks, and sales logic – you aim to master this craft.

• You delve analytically and structurally into target audiences and know how to excite them about a product.

• You are a social media enthusiast, aware of every trend, and know how to adapt them for your needs.

• You enjoy working with data and are willing to familiarize yourself with the Ads Manager of platforms like Meta and TikTok.

• You are organized, eager to learn, and want to advance your professional skills rapidly.
