This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Growth Marketing & Demand Generation: You strategize, oversee, and enhance digital marketing campaigns that effectively generate new leads, create demand, and bolster our pipeline.
β’ Campaign Optimization & Conversion Improvement: You evaluate campaigns, target audiences, and outcomes, conduct A/B tests, and establish concrete measures for improvement.
β’ Brand Building & Digital Visibility: You continue to evolve our digital brand presence and refine our market positioning.
β’ Lead Nurturing & Sales Alignment: You design webinars and digital events while closely collaborating with our sales team.
β’ Marketing Operations & HubSpot Processes: You are accountable for advancing our marketing automation and CRM processes within HubSpot.
β’ Website, Analytics & Reporting: You enhance website performance and user journeys, and create a KPI and reporting framework.
β’ Marketing Planning & Coordination: You oversee marketing planning, including budget management, and work in close partnership with our management, sales, and other stakeholders.
β’ Digital Marketing & Growth Experience: You possess several years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, having successfully planned, managed, and optimized digital campaigns.
β’ HubSpot & Marketing Automation: You are highly skilled in HubSpot, especially with Marketing Hub, CRM, automations, and reporting tools.
β’ Funnel, Lead Management & Conversion: You have a robust understanding of funnel optimization, lead management, and conversion tracking.
β’ Analytics & KPI Management: You adopt a data-driven approach, analyze marketing and sales metrics, and derive actionable insights.
β’ Pipeline & Lead Generation: You can showcase a proven track record in generating and nurturing qualified leads and marketing pipelines.
β’ Structure & Self-Responsibility: You work in a structured, analytical, and autonomous manner.
β’ Communication & Collaboration: You communicate confidently in both German and English, and enjoy collaborating closely with sales, management, and other stakeholders.
β’ 100% Remote: You will work entirely remotely in an environment that promotes personal responsibility, clear communication, and flexible collaboration.
β’ Attractive Compensation: You will receive a competitive salary of up to β¬75,000, based on your experience.
