Senior Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• You will manage all aspects of your client projects, taking charge of lead cost and lead quality.

• You will autonomously conduct client calls and onboarding sessions, as well as maintain ongoing communication.

• You serve as the liaison between the client project and various teams such as video editing, creative production, tracking, and copywriting, ensuring seamless collaboration.

• When challenges arise, you are willing to take initiative and handle tasks beyond your primary responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation through performance marketing, with direct budget authority and client interaction.

• Fundamental knowledge in graphic design, video editing, web design, tracking, copywriting, and experience with AI.

• A passion for our clients' success, demonstrating your commitment and effort.

• Ability to maintain oversight even under pressure.

• Enjoyment in client interactions and fostering a space for constructive dialogue.

• Proficiency in utilizing numbers, data, and facts to inform strategic directions.

• A strong dedication to professional development and a commitment to improve every day.

• High level of self-reflection, with a capacity for independent and rapid learning from mistakes.

• A keen interest in social media, with an ability to identify trends and apply them effectively in daily operations.

• Excellent command of German, both written and spoken, with no errors.
