This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete campaign lifecycle across paid platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, from strategizing to continuous optimization.

• You will lead a team of four specialists who focus on events, content, geo-targeting, and marketing automation, while actively fostering their professional growth.

• You will pinpoint growth opportunities in both existing and new channels, creating strategies that actively drive demand rather than simply capturing it.

• You will collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to enhance conversion rates and fortify the overall purchasing process.

• You will manage a seven-figure advertising budget, analyze performance metrics, and clearly present insights to senior management.

• You will conduct experiments and implement optimizations directly within Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably within a SaaS context, showcasing a proven ability to scale in dynamic environments.

• You have experience in building and developing marketing teams, knowing when to adopt a strategic mindset and when to be hands-on.

• Extensive expertise in paid media, especially Google Ads, along with experience across various demand channels, including events, content, and geo-targeting.

• You are highly data-driven, possess strong numerical skills, and have a technical understanding of performance marketing.

• You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken, and are comfortable working with an international team focusing on the DACH region.
