This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok Ads.
β’ Manage advertising budgets of $100k+/month, achieving targets for volume and ROMI.
β’ Generate hypotheses and test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
β’ Make data-driven decisions based on AppsFlyer, Amplitude, and Tableau.
β’ Collaborate with the Product team to design new funnels and initiate product experiments.
β’ Enhance conversion rates in the funnel (CRO).
β’ Synchronize with Creative Marketing, brief new concepts, and provide data-backed insights.
β’ Research competitors, market trends, and test new traffic channels.
β’ 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition (UA).
β’ Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads: setup, optimization, and scaling.
β’ Strong understanding of UA metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR.
β’ Experience with AppsFlyer, Amplitude, and Tableau.
β’ Understanding of what makes a creative strong (hook, format, narrative).
β’ English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
β’ High level of ownership and direct impact on product and business metrics.
β’ Involvement in creative strategy (not just traffic acquisition, but shaping how the product communicates).
β’ Fast experimental cycles without bureaucracy.
