This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Initiate, enhance, and expand campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain.
• Focus on achieving our key performance indicators: Spend and CPA.
• Experiment with creatives, headlines, landing pages, and target audiences.
• Evaluate performance metrics and uncover new avenues for growth.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and analytics teams.
• Practical experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain; experience with other native advertising platforms is highly advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of native traffic dynamics (Publisher-level optimization, Widget performance, CPC / CPM bidding strategies, Creative fatigue management, Content-driven funnels).
• Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing for B2C products (Digital products, subscription services, apps, online services).
• Proven ability to handle budgets exceeding $20,000 per month.
• Proficiency in English: B1 or higher.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with weekly syncs alongside the CEO and Product Owner.
