User Acquisition Manager – GoogleAds

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Google Ads channel, overseeing campaigns with a hands-on approach and a strong emphasis on ROI.

• Initiate, structure, and refine campaigns across Search, GDN, Demand Generation, and Performance Max.

• Develop and enhance campaign architecture, processes, and channel structure to facilitate scalable growth.

• Create and implement testing frameworks that drive ongoing performance enhancements.

• Establish and execute automation, rules, and optimization systems to improve channel performance.

• Work closely with analytics and product teams to enhance funnel performance and boost conversion efficiency.

• Identify and expand growth opportunities across keywords, creatives, audiences, and funnels.

• Gradually increase spending while ensuring efficiency targets are met.

• Keep thorough documentation of campaigns, testing, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.

• Strong practical experience with Google Ads.

• Familiarity with Search, GDN, Demand Generation (Discovery), and Performance Max.

• Proven track record in scaling paid acquisition budgets.

• Experience with subscription services or B2C digital products.

• A strong analytical mindset paired with an experimental approach.

• Comprehensive understanding of funnels (web2web, web2app, app — in any combination).

• Capability to independently own and develop a growth channel.

• Preferred: Experience with automation, rules, or scripts within Google Ads.

• Experience in building campaign structures and systems from the ground up.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Experience collaborating closely with product and analytics teams.

• Prior experience in fast-scaling environments.
