This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for the Google Ads channel from start to finish.
• Initiate and expand campaigns across: Search, GDN, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and UAC.
• Engage directly within accounts and campaign frameworks.
• Enhance spending and scale volumes with a focus on ROI.
• Create testing and scaling methodologies.
• Construct campaign architecture and channel frameworks.
• Develop automation techniques and rule-based optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with analytics and product teams to assess funnel performance.
• Identify growth opportunities across keywords, creatives, audiences, and funnels.
• Maintain documentation for processes and testing, including KPIs for 3 and 6 months.
• Take direct responsibility for Google Ads campaigns.
• Launch and organize campaigns across key formats.
• Set up testing and scaling frameworks.
• Spot initial scalable growth opportunities.
• Increase controlled spending while meeting efficiency targets.
• Suggest initial automation and system enhancements.
• Over 3 years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Practical knowledge of: Search, GDN, Demand Gen / Discovery, and Performance Max.
• Proven experience in scaling paid acquisition budgets.
• Familiarity with subscription or B2C digital products.
• Strong analytical skills and a mindset geared towards experimentation.
• Understanding of funnels (web2web, web2app, app – any combination).
• Comfortable managing a channel independently.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
