This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop, implement, oversee, and report on paid media strategies that align with client objectives and drive exceptional paid media marketing outcomes.
• Cultivate and sustain robust, in-depth client relationships with daily contacts to ensure high levels of client retention and growth.
• Strategically create, manage, and enhance client paid digital marketing accounts across various platforms such as Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other paid/PPC digital marketing channels.
• Proactively manage and seek opportunities to enhance account performance.
• Produce new quarterly content that includes blog posts, webinars, internal presentations, or other multimedia formats.
• Strengthen client relationships by thoroughly understanding their strategic growth objectives, ensuring long-term client loyalty.
• Develop a test hypothesis and conduct landing page optimization tests to boost conversion rates.
• Independently resolve minor to complex client issues and address intricate problems with assistance.
• Assist in creating and implementing educational initiatives for the paid media team, such as developing internal resources and training sessions.
• Support client services deliverables during the sales process for upselling and acquiring new business.
• Remain informed about emerging industry trends, technologies, and advancements on platforms.
• Over 3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns.
• More than 2 years of experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
• Proven experience managing campaigns across various digital advertising channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), paid social (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads), display (Google Display Network, programmatic buys), and video (YouTube Ads).
• Comprehensive knowledge of paid search platforms and optimization strategies on Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
• Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys is an added advantage!
• Expertise in performance-based paid media principles such as keyword targeting, audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding automation, conversion tracking, website optimization, and performance forecasting.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve CPA, ROAS, and other relevant client objectives.
• Experience in analyzing, interpreting, compiling, and presenting paid media campaign data to inform business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite, especially in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
• Capability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced and courteous written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Highly data- and detail-oriented.
• Proven ability to manage a complete client workload involving mid-to-high complexity clients.
