This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
• Conduct bi-weekly client meetings to evaluate performance, strategize, and agree on next steps.
• Provide bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours prior to scheduled meetings.
• Cultivate trust and relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Create, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
• Track daily performance and adjust strategies to meet cost per appointment goals.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and devise intervention strategies.
• Craft ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored for financial services audiences.
• Generate hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing purposes.
• Collaborate with video editors on the production of creative content.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance copywriting efficiency while ensuring quality remains high.
• Set up tracking mechanisms, pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure integrations for Calendly, automate tasks with Zapier, and manage lead routing.
• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• More than 5 years of experience in paid media, particularly with Meta advertising.
• Experience in managing multiple client accounts at the same time.
• A proven history of achieving performance targets and retaining clients.
• Strong copywriting abilities, capable of creating compelling ad copy and scripts.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation tools.
• Experience in the financial services sector, with knowledge of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns. Awareness of video sales letter marketing strategies and high-ticket purchase funnels.
• Demonstrates ownership and initiative; resolves issues proactively without waiting for direction. Excellent communicator capable of explaining performance data to non-technical clients. Detail-oriented yet able to work quickly. Comfortable with direct client interactions and accountable for outcomes. Prefers to be the primary person responsible rather than sharing responsibilities with multiple individuals.
