This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of quarterly and annual sales-qualified pipeline targets, ensuring accountability for revenue contribution, efficiency, and ROI.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that encompasses digital, lifecycle, events, partnerships, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales-led initiatives.
• Lead the demand generation engine across the full funnel, ensuring enhanced alignment from awareness through to pipeline acceleration and expansion.
• Drive the paid and digital demand strategy across various channels, including LinkedIn, Google, retargeting, and emerging platforms.
• Manage the event-driven demand strategy, maximizing pipeline impact before, during, and after strategic events such as tradeshows, ecosystem gatherings, partner activations, and flagship occasions.
• Build and scale SEO, AEO, and content-driven inbound demand programs aimed at increasing discoverability, authority, and qualified pipeline.
• Oversee web strategy, optimizing landing pages and enhancing conversion rates to improve funnel performance.
• Lead a structured growth experimentation approach across channels to boost conversion rates, efficiency, and pipeline velocity.
• Identify, test, and validate new demand channels through controlled pilot programs and data-driven analysis.
• Support account-based and sales-led initiatives that expedite enterprise deal cycles and enhance expansion opportunities.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to enhance campaign execution, audience targeting, personalization, reporting efficiency, and decision-making processes.
• Create clear attribution models that link multi-channel activities directly to pipeline and revenue impact.
• Establish repeatable systems, playbooks, and processes that can scale alongside the business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, PMM, and Partnerships to align marketing efforts with go-to-market priorities.
• Manage and oversee agency relationships across paid media, SEO, web, and digital programs, ensuring partners are held accountable for execution quality, experimentation rigor, and achieving business outcomes.
• Over time, contribute to shaping and leading future demand-focused resources, including agency partners and potential direct reports.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated revenue marketing.
• A proven history of generating measurable sales-qualified pipeline and revenue impact, beyond mere lead volume.
• Experience in owning a full-funnel demand strategy across digital, lifecycle, events, and integrated campaigns.
• Strong practical experience with paid media strategy, demand systems, and agency management.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, AEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), website performance, and inbound demand strategies.
• Experience in managing agencies and external vendors with high performance expectations.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining closely involved in execution to evaluate programs and enhance outcomes.
• A strong analytical mindset with experience correlating activities to pipeline, attribution, and revenue performance.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguous, fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• High standards for execution quality, experimentation, and measurable business impact.
• Proficient in modern marketing technology and AI-enabled workflows.
