This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement detailed marketing strategies for each project, covering audience segmentation, messaging framework, channel selection, timelines, and budget distribution.
• Collaborate with leadership to set performance objectives (e.g., traffic, leads, learners, completers, or registrations, based on the initiative) and create campaign roadmaps aimed at achieving or surpassing those targets.
• Conduct competitive and market research to pinpoint positioning opportunities and enhance promotional tactics.
• Examine historical campaign performance metrics (including pacing curves, conversion rates by channel, lifecycle stage trends, and audience demographics) to uncover patterns and guide marketing strategies.
• Develop predictive performance models for each initiative utilizing historical benchmarks, providing data-driven insights into marketing plans, including forecasted performance timelines and channel contribution estimates.
• Create and uphold pacing benchmarking frameworks that facilitate comparisons across initiatives and track performance over time.
• Implement a yield management strategy for campaign performance: comprehensively understand and map out the entire array of promotional strategies available (such as pricing or enrollment incentives, discount or promotional codes, flash promotions, content or speaker announcements, partner activations, retargeting, extended deadlines, SEO/SEM adjustments) and their historical effectiveness.
• Oversee the strategy and performance across all promotional avenues: email marketing, social media, paid digital advertising, website/landing page optimization, and influencer initiatives.
• Serve as the main point of accountability for the key performance indicator (KPI) of the initiative (e.g., website traffic, completers, registrations).
• Minimum of 5 years in marketing, particularly focused on performance-oriented promotion (digital products, educational programs, events/conferences, or related fields).
• Proven history of owning a primary performance KPI (e.g., traffic, online program engagement, learners/completers, registrations, or lead generation) and consistently achieving or exceeding set targets.
• Demonstrated success in managing effective multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and web platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in generating reports, interpreting performance data, and converting insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to evaluate past campaign performance data and leverage findings to create predictive models or forecasts that inform future strategies.
• Familiarity with yield management principles, including understanding promotional strategies, cost-per-acquisition modeling, and budget scenario planning to enhance performance against objectives.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in planning, execution, and reporting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present updates and strategic recommendations to leadership effectively.
• Experience managing creative and specialized resources to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials that align with project briefs.
