Senior Paid Search Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Design and implement SEM strategies aligned with client goals.

• Perform keyword research and conduct competitive assessments.

• Create and oversee campaign budgets and financial forecasts.

• Establish a comprehensive testing roadmap and ensure ongoing improvement of the client’s SEM initiatives.

• Collaborate with the team to produce detailed Quarterly Business Reports (QBRs).

• Develop, optimize, and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.

• Craft and refine ad copy to achieve optimal click-through rates (CTR).

• Track and evaluate campaign performance utilizing various analytical tools.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to grasp their business objectives and goals.

• Mentor and lead a team of SEM Account Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).

• Demonstrated experience (typically over 5 years) in managing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.

• Certification in Google Ads and other pertinent digital advertising platforms.

• Experience in a Marketing Agency is essential.

• Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in data analysis tools.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience in leadership and team management.

• Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
