User Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Initiate, enhance, and expand user acquisition campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

• Oversee monthly media budgets exceeding $100,000, increasing expenditures while maintaining CPA targets.

• Take responsibility for performance metrics against key KPIs, focusing on Spend and CPA.

• Create a fast-paced pipeline of creative ideas, audience targeting, offers, and funnel strategies.

• Conduct competitor research utilizing ad libraries and monitoring tools.

• Convert insights from competitor analysis into actionable concepts and draft precise briefs for designers.

• Methodically test various creative options.

• Cease ineffective campaigns and amplify successful combinations.

• Collaborate with creative, analytics, product, and leadership teams to identify new growth avenues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in PPC/performance marketing, focusing on Meta Ads.

• Proven experience in B2C product companies; backgrounds solely in agencies without access to extensive product metrics are inadequate.

• Track record of successfully acquiring new users for mass-market digital products.

• Experience managing at least $100,000 in monthly advertising expenditures.

• Experience in international markets, including Tier-1, European, and Asian regions.

• Strong skills in creative strategy, including competitor analysis, hypothesis development, concept creation, designer briefing, and performance-driven iteration.

• In-depth expertise in Meta is crucial.

• Familiarity with additional acquisition channels is beneficial.

• Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
