This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure that services meet ethical and clinical guidelines.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseload.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program that includes support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager providing continuous support to ensure both clinical and professional achievement.
