User Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and oversee the entire cycle of Android paid acquisition utilizing Google Ads (UAC), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, achieving an average annual ROAS exceeding 90%.

• Create and expand campaigns aimed at web-to-web acquisition funnels.

• Contribute to over 15% of total PPC mobile revenue.

• Initiate and grow TikTok as a comprehensive acquisition channel.

• Maintain a consistent monthly expenditure with a ROAS greater than 75%.

• Manage campaign processes including testing, reporting, and automation (rules, alerts, dashboards).

• Evaluate performance from start to finish (impression to revenue) to discover growth opportunities and pinpoint inefficiencies.

• Work in collaboration with creative, product, and analytics teams to enhance acquisition efficiency.

• Keep informed about platform updates and trends in mobile acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (App Campaigns / UAC), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads — capable of independently launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns.

• Familiarity with web-to-web acquisition funnels (Google, Meta) — understanding of funnels, metrics, and landing pages/quizzes.

• Strong analytical abilities and experience with attribution/analytics tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust, Firebase, Tableau, Adapty).

• Proficiency in AI — hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation.

• Proficient in English for platform communication and documentation (B2).

• Preferred: Experience with programmatic UA networks (Applovin, Liftoff, Moloco, Unity).
