User Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Autonomous management of Google Ads campaigns for Android, iOS, and web platforms.

• Proficient in account structure, automation tools, and Google Ads analytics.

• Effective collaboration with MMPs (tracking setup, optimization of existing configurations).

• Enhancing marketing investments while ensuring target profitability is maintained.

• Executing marketing hypotheses that significantly improve ROAS.

• In-depth understanding of the product, its business context, and the target audience.

• Strategically planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns aimed at achieving target profitability metrics.

• Generating, executing, and analyzing tests of new hypotheses (audiences, formats, bidding strategies, creatives) to boost ROI.

• Consistent monitoring of campaign performance and making timely adjustments to settings, budgets, and strategies.

• Working alongside creative marketers to brainstorm ideas for new ad creatives.

• Collaborating with the product team to pinpoint funnel growth opportunities, formulate requests for product enhancements, and improve user onboarding.

• Conducting competitor analysis: researching advertising activities and discovering new growth opportunities.

• Ensuring a structured and scalable Google Ads account (campaigns, ad groups, naming, tracking).


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in performance marketing (PPC / User Acquisition or similar roles).

• Proven experience managing budgets of $50K+ per month.

• Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS, ARPU, LTV) and methods to influence them.

• Experience in scaling campaigns without considerable loss of efficiency.

• Proficient in English for effective communication with partners (including Google).
