This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
⢠You have taken full responsibility for performance management from inception to completion: setup, testing, scaling, and reporting.
⢠Initiate, refine, and expand paid advertising campaignsāprimarily on Google, with the potential to explore other platforms such as Meta, Applovin, and TikTok.
⢠Regularly experiment with creatives, target audiences, offers, and sales funnels, focusing on strategies that yield successful results.
⢠Monitor essential performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CR, etc.) and base decisions on data insights.
⢠Work closely with the creative team: propose ideas, provide feedback, and influence future testing initiatives.
⢠Collaborate with product and analytics teams to enhance funnel performance and align marketing with product growth.
⢠Engage with representatives from ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) to gain insights and support.
⢠Maintain a mindset of ātest ā learn ā scaleāāexploring new channels, formats, and strategies.
⢠You are more than just a campaign executor; you think in terms of growth loops rather than merely managing ad sets.
⢠Adaptable to rapid iterations, candid about failures, and focused on scaling successful initiatives.
⢠A minimum of 3 years of practical User Acquisition experience, particularly with Google.
⢠Proficient in managing monthly budgets exceeding $200K, with a firm grasp on CPA, ROAS, and unit economics.
⢠Expertise in optimizing beyond superficial metricsāunderstanding bidding strategies, creative variations, audience logic, and funnel analysis.
⢠A tester's mindsetācapable of formulating clear hypotheses, acting swiftly, and scaling successful strategies.
⢠Strong analytical skillsādecisions are grounded in real data.
⢠Proficient in English (B2+), with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams or platform representatives.
⢠A strong sense of ownershipāyouāre not merely completing tasks; youāre driving results.
⢠An AI-driven approach to marketing.
⢠Experience with Meta and Applovin is advantageous.
⢠Background in growing subscription-based products (both web and app).
⢠Familiarity with tracking systems such as Pixel and CAPI, and understanding how events integrate into your analytics framework.
