This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the daily management of paid campaigns on platforms including Meta (primary), Google, Reddit, Snap, and Twitter/X.
• Develop, launch, and continuously enhance campaigns across both prospecting and retargeting funnels.
• Oversee budget distribution across platforms and campaigns to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve CPA goals.
• Ensure a consistent testing schedule across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and placements.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Design teams to brief, iterate, and assess the performance of ad creatives.
• Analyze creative performance data to pinpoint successful concepts and guide the next production phase.
• Monitor, report, and interpret campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPI, CPR, LTV, ROAS, and retention cohorts.
• Develop dashboards and maintain regular reporting schedules for internal stakeholders.
• Integrate ad platform data with downstream product and revenue metrics to assess actual acquisition quality.
• Stay updated on changes to the Meta Ads platform, including algorithm updates, new formats, and policy revisions.
• Maintain a solid understanding of Google (Search, UAC, YouTube), Reddit, Snap, and Twitter/X advertising ecosystems, recognizing the distinct audiences, formats, and optimization strategies of each platform.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to align acquisition strategies with retention and monetization objectives.
• Contribute to the overall growth roadmap by providing data-driven channel recommendations and forecasts.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid social and/or paid search campaigns, with proven hands-on expertise in using Meta Ads Manager as a primary workflow tool.
• Advanced understanding of Meta Ads, including campaign structure, audience segmentation, pixel and Conversions API setup, creative testing methodologies, and algorithm optimization techniques.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads (UAC, Search, YouTube), Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Twitter/X Ads, including the ability to tailor strategies and creatives to the specific audiences and formats of each platform.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret performance data and communicate actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate ad creatives through a performance-focused lens and provide specific, actionable recommendations to enhance results.
• Experience running user acquisition campaigns for mobile applications, games, or subscription products is highly preferred; experience in casino, competitive gaming, or live-service games is a plus.
• Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular; experience with incrementality testing and attribution methodologies is advantageous.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for ad copy iteration, large-scale creative testing, or workflow automation is a plus.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience is acceptable.
