This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the integrated campaign calendar focused on acquiring new logos in the EMEA & APAC segments, with defined pipeline targets for each program.
• Transform GTM positioning and competitive differentiation from the GTM Marketing team into engaging, audience-specific campaign narratives and assets.
• Implement multi-channel campaigns that encompass paid media, email, content syndication, webinars, and integration of field events.
• Design and manage ABM programs targeting accounts across the EMEA & APAC landscape.
• Enhance Blackboard’s visibility within AI-generated research environments (GEO).
• Collaborate with Marketing channel teams to ensure programs enhance ROI instead of operating independently.
• Create AI-native workflows for ongoing campaign analysis, audience personalization, and performance optimization.
• Oversee Blackboard’s participation at third-party conferences in EMEA & APAC.
• Manage regional field activation initiatives, including roadshows, executive dinners, and partner-hosted events.
• Develop and maintain post-event attribution models.
• Be accountable for a direct pipeline contribution target, beyond merely tracking activity metrics.
• Work alongside Marketing Intelligence to establish campaign-level pipeline targets and monitor performance against them.
• Utilize intent data and buying signals to prioritize campaign audiences and tailor outreach efforts.
• Establish and maintain multi-touch attribution to accurately capture campaign contributions throughout the entire funnel.
• Identify expansion signals for the Customer Growth & Advocacy team.
• Brief and collaborate with Content and Brand teams to create campaign assets.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing on sales enablement and ensure consistent messaging across GTM teams.
• Develop field-specific assets that link field presence to campaign pipeline.
• Manage campaign performance reporting.
• 8–10 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or a similarly intricate enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing integrated campaigns that generate pipeline—beyond just leads—with a measurable contribution number you are responsible for.
• Genuine ABM experience: you have executed account-based programs, not just heard about them. You know how to design strategies at the account level and assess their impact.
• Ownership of field and event marketing: you have overseen conference presence, regional initiatives, and event budgets in their entirety, including post-event attribution.
• AI-native operator: you have developed workflows and automations with AI as a fundamental aspect of your work, not merely as a side project. You can provide examples of your creations and their performance.
• Data-driven mindset: you analyze your own metrics, identify what works, and make adjustments proactively.
• Proficient in HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce; you comprehend how leads flow, how campaigns are tracked, and how attribution functions.
• Experienced with intent data platforms—such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar—and capable of acting on those signals in campaign targeting.
• Experience managing agency relationships for paid media (search, display, programmatic) and coordinating creative production.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization—you manage your own calendar, brief your collaborators, and take responsibility for your results.
• Strong written communication skills: you can translate complex positioning into campaign copy, clear creative briefs, and executive-level performance summaries.
• Cross-functional influence: you collaborate effectively with Sales and can assertively provide feedback when necessary, without damaging relationships.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire and must maintain that authorization for the duration of employment.
• Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.
• Blackboard is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, gender, age, color, religion, national origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, protected military/veteran status, or any other legally protected factor.
