This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Gathering client information and collecting documentation
• Preparing and filing necessary forms
• Engaging in communication with clients
• Acting as a liaison with government agencies (USCIS)
• Reviewing and maintaining case files
• Conducting legal research and providing assistance
• Preparing clients for Adjustment of Status interviews and hearings
• Managing Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
• Preparing for AOS denials and appeals (if applicable)
• Collaborating with other legal professionals
• Offering post-filing support (EAD, Advance Parole)
• Finalizing case closure
• 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law.
• Familiarity with essential documents, such as Form I-485
• Proficiency in using Case Management Software
