US Team Lead – Legal Application Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance to clients by leveraging industry expertise and best practices.

• Ensure client satisfaction through timely, budget-conscious, and scope-compliant managed service delivery.

• Communicate the status of client issues and progress to senior management.

• Monitor client agreement budgets, manage resource allocation, handle change requests, schedule resources, and deliver customer support.

• Showcase Harbor’s capabilities and initiatives to system stakeholders for both new and existing clients.

• Collaborate with Directors, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Implementation Engineers on behalf of clients.

• Oversee personnel throughout the employment lifecycle, encompassing hiring, resource allocation, leave approvals, performance evaluations, and team operations.

• Foster the development and coaching of team members.

• Assess team training requirements and coordinate training options with HR.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Legal Technology products, services, or within a law firm or legal services context.

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position.

• Over 2 years of experience in people management.

• Demonstrated proficiency in cross-project release management and coordination, project portfolio management, project risk management and mitigation, and comprehensive project life-cycle management.

• Intermediate skills in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.

• Strong competencies in problem-solving, customer orientation, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality assurance, and punctuality.

• Preferred experience working with the Intapp product suite.

• Preferred experience in mentoring peers.

• Preferred proficiency in XML, jQuery/JSON, REST APIs, SQL, Microsoft Azure Logic Apps and Functions, and Boomi.
