This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
β’ Manage a portfolio of key relationships with law firms and legal departments, acting as the main advisor and accountability point for their NetDocuments experience and AI transformation initiatives.
β’ Foster renewal and growth within the designated book of business, ensuring high net revenue retention while uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
β’ Create and implement customized AI adoption roadmaps and measurable adoption strategies in collaboration with firm leadership and legal technology teams.
β’ Conduct executive-level business reviews with firm management committees, CIOs, and Chief Innovation Officers, effectively communicating ROI, adoption metrics, and strategic direction.
β’ Recognize and escalate at-risk accounts, collaborating with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineers to develop remediation strategies.
β’ Work alongside Product and Engineering to incorporate client feedback into the product development roadmap.
β’ Contribute to the Legal Innovation Partner playbook and establish best practices for AI transformation engagement.
β’ Represent NetDocuments at legal technology conferences, client advisory boards, and industry events.
β’ Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise customer success, or management consulting within the legal sector.
β’ Proficient in leveraging AI for legal workflows and applications.
β’ Direct experience managing client relationships and achieving renewal/expansion results in a B2B SaaS or legal technology setting.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of law firm operations, including organizational structures, decision-making processes, technology assessment and implementation, and attorney behavior.
β’ JD or equivalent legal industry experience is highly preferred; prior law firm experience at the associate or counsel level is a notable advantage.
β’ Demonstrated ability to cultivate trusted advisory relationships with senior stakeholders in law firms, such as partners, COOs, CIOs, and practice group leaders.
β’ Capability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and manage several workstreams concurrently.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver client presentations and articulate ROI narratives.
β’ Knowledge of legal AI applications, document management systems, and the overall LegalTech landscape.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% to client locations and industry events.
