Commercial Technology Transactions Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, negotiate, and organize intricate cloud services, SaaS, and technology contracts with key enterprise clients.

• Deliver actionable legal and commercial insights for complex, fast-paced sales transactions.

• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams on significant commercial agreements while addressing legal and compliance issues.

• Formulate innovative, solution-focused strategies to tackle complex contracting and negotiation obstacles.

• Exhibit sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic, customer-centric setting.

• Understand and implement the client's established deal frameworks and negotiation tactics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in commercial contracting, specifically in cloud or SaaS agreements.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and collaborating with sales departments on intricate commercial transactions.

• Proven track record of aiding sophisticated, fast-paced sales teams.

• Strong executive presence and effective communication skills with senior stakeholders and demanding clients.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced atmosphere and handle increased workloads during quarter-end and year-end periods.

• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent qualification.

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Experience with AI-related technologies or AI contracting is preferred.

• A creative, solution-oriented mindset towards complex commercial and contracting challenges is preferred.

• Successful completion of background checks, identity verification, and necessary legal work authorization may be required.
