This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates for full-time positions based in the US through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
• Develop and sustain active talent pipelines for both current and future staffing requirements.
• Engage in proactive outreach via email, phone, and messaging platforms to connect with passive candidates.
• Stay informed on labor market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment technologies.
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming applications based on role specifications.
• Perform initial phone and video interviews to gauge candidates' qualifications, experience, salary expectations, and interest levels.
• Keep precise and updated candidate records within the ATS throughout the recruitment process.
• Organize interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates at every stage of the recruitment journey.
• Provide consistent updates on the candidate pipeline to clients and internal stakeholders without needing prompts.
• Oversee the candidate experience from initial contact to the offer and onboarding transition.
• Assist in preparing and delivering offers in partnership with hiring managers or clients.
• Address candidate objections and ensure continued engagement during the decision-making process.
• Monitor offer acceptance rates and proactively identify risks or drop-off trends.
• Track sourcing activities, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and placement metrics.
• Submit regular activity and pipeline reports to internal leadership.
• Recognize sourcing gaps and modify strategies based on performance data.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience, ideally for US-based roles.
• Demonstrated capability to source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and comparable platforms.
• Experience in conducting screening calls and assessing candidates against specified role requirements.
• Proficient in using ATS platforms and candidate tracking systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and confident demeanor.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple active roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and persistent, with strong follow-through on outreach, pipeline management, and communication with stakeholders.
• You will receive compensation in **USD** (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th).
