This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of the complete EU recruitment process for both technical and business positions.
• Lead direct sourcing initiatives utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and various other platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job profiles, establish strategies, and achieve results.
• Serve as a recruiting consultant, offering insights on talent market trends, sourcing viability, and best hiring practices.
• Guarantee a structured, prompt, and professional experience for candidates.
• Manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows using SmartRecruiters (ATS).
• Work alongside a distributed Talent Acquisition team while independently managing your roles.
• 3–5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in the technology sector, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments.
• Demonstrated capability to attract top engineering talent across cloud, infrastructure, and software development sectors, with expertise in Kubernetes, OpenStack, DevOps, platform engineering, and AI infrastructure.
• Proven track record in sourcing and securing candidates for a variety of roles—including Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other Go-To-Market functions.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights on hiring decisions beyond mere logistical coordination.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing tactics, and talent market analysis.
• Practical experience with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred).
• Capability to independently manage multiple roles, prioritize tasks effectively, and take ownership of results from beginning to end.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort in collaborating across different time zones, teams, and cultures.
